2. This
will take you to the “Current Projects” screen. The
projects that you have gained access to will be listed here. Click
on the “PROJECT NAME” of the project you wish to view
or modify.
3. You
are now in the Project Menu. Listed here are all of the land use
scenarios in the selected project. The "Base Case" scenario
contains existing land use conditions and general plan or zoning
designations (on vacant parcels) for the study area. Listed below
the "Base Case" scenario are other scenarios, generally
numbered "Scenario 1", "Scenario 2", etc. Click
on the “SCENARIO NAME” that you wish to view or modify.
This will take you to that scenarios’ “SCENARIO MENU.”
4. You are now in the Scenario Menu for the
selected scenario. There are three main areas on this screen.:
Scenario
Summary - Contains general statistics for
the current scenario. Click on "Show Detailed
Statistics" to see additional scenario specific
statistics.
Return
on Investment -
Allows you to visually view Return on Investment information
on the map.
Scenario
Functions -
This is where you will find the main functionality of Places
for marking place types, making
data changes or running scenario comparisons.
